This FREE Relaxed and Sensory Friendly performance caters for neurodivergent people of all ages who may feel uncomfortable in a traditional concert environment. There is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement during the performance, minimal lighting effects, and a ‘chill-out’ space is available.
This NZSO concert features beloved classical works from Beethoven, Schubert, Purcell, and American composer Caroline Shaw. There will be a chance to ask questions and meet and greet NZSO musicians at the conclusion of the concert.
