Do you often experience discomfort in your neck, shoulders, or lower back by the end of the day? Start a new conversation with your brain and nervous system, and discover how to alleviate these aches and pains through slow and gentle movement techniques.

In this workshop, you’ll discover new ways to overcome obstacles and learn invaluable skills that will empower you to transform your movement and well-being. Take the first step toward a healthier, more balanced life through the power of mindful movement.

Thomas teaches in a clear, practical manner, enabling participants to integrate the learning into their everyday lives. With over 24 years of experience teaching across New Zealand, Australia, USA, India, Switzerland, and Germany, Thomas is also an Assistant Feldenkrais® Teacher.
