Choral & Consort

This class is an opportunity to improve your ensemble skills in part-song, madrigals, and consort singing.

The group will look at sacred and secular repertoire including  Thomas Morley’s madrigal April is in my mistress’ face, and William Byrd’s setting of Ave Verum Corpus. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from choral expert, Rosemary Galton.

An ability to read music is a must, and some experience of choral singing is desirable.  If you want to try one-per-part a cappella singing in a fun, relaxed environment, this is your chance!
