This course combines Asana (body postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (a practice that allows deep relaxation on physical, mental, and emotional levels). You’ll explore new insights and techniques to enhance your practice, bringing vitality and new possibilities to your life.

The course is suitable for students of all ages, levels, and experience, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. You are invited to practice according to your capacity and level of fitness. Learn practical skills that you can incorporate in your daily life and will help you manage stress and enhance your health and well-being.

About Thomas

Thomas is a teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. He participates in ongoing training at the Bihar School of Yoga, the world’s first Yoga University. He has been involved in various Yoga teacher trainings across New Zealand and has taught workshops in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, Switzerland, and Germany. Thomas is also a Feldenkrais® Assistant Trainer and practitioner.
