Nelson Guitar Orchestra

The Nelson Guitar Orchestra was formed in 2010 to bring together amateur guitar players and students who want to enjoy playing music and learn more about playing in a group. We meet once a week on Tuesday evenings for an hour and a half and perform two or three times each year. The orchestra is open to classical guitarists and we play a mix of contemporary pieces written for guitar ensemble and arrangements of classical and world music. Come join us to have fun, improve your skills, and make music together!
