Dynamic duo Theo Parker and Zac Griffith collide to form the folk and country infused “East West”. Treat your ears to Zac’s smooth vocals and skilful guitar playing, accompanied by soaring violin melodies and more from multi instrumentalist Theo.
Theo Parker is an avid musician and multi-instrumentalist. He holds an ATCL with distinction in Violin performance and has been playing violin since the age of 4 years old. On his musical journey, Theo has also picked up the piano, bass, and guitar along the way. Theo is currently studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science at the University of Canterbury and enjoying playing gigs with friends and solo.
Zac Griffith hails from the small country town of Tapawera, close to Nelson, and has been performing and picking guitar for over 10 years. His greatest achievement so far is winning the overall title at the NZ Gold Guitar Country Music Awards in 2023. Zac is now crafting his songwriting skills and working towards releasing an EP later this year.
