Katrina Kallil returns to NCMA with some of Nelson’s finest musicians, as part of the Lunchtime Concert Series.

Katrina is always excited to perform at the NCMA. Singing with 3 talented musicians and one Steinway in the amazing auditorium gives her talent to amuse and her passion to entertain full range.
Barry Korcheski (a.k.a. BAZ) has performed as a pianist/keyboardist in Canada, the United States, Australia, and on several cruise ships. Now based in Nelson, BAZ has accompanied Katrina Kallil as pianist/keyboardist for the past 20 years. Working in Katrina’s duo’s, show bands and various music ensembles throughout the Nelson region has been a great experience and Baz looks forward to accompanying Katrina again at the next NCMA performance in September.
Warren Houston has only been living in the local area for about 18 months…Â What with over 60 years experience as a drummer, percussionist and vocalist he is enjoying being on stage with such a great performer as Katrina, and her group.
Simon Williams has been performing for the last 40 years in NZ as well as trips to the United States and Japan. He also has his own YouTube channel “Si-musical-journey” He will be playing clarinet and saxophone for this concert . He has very much enjoyed playing in various groups with Katrina over the years and is looking forward to playing with this wonderful combination of musicians.
