Musicianship for Beginners

This course, taken by NCMA tutor Jodie Freeman, is designed to build a strong foundation in the essential skills needed to understand and enjoy music more deeply. You will explore rhythm, pitch, basic notation, and listening skills, while learning how these elements all work together.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how music is structured and the tools to support your growth as a musician.
