Japanese & Disney Piano Duets: Discover Studio Ghibli and Disney’s Magic

Explore the iconic music of Studio Ghibli and Disney in our Piano Duets 4-week course!

Featuring beloved compositions from iconic Japanese films plus timeless Disney classics, this course is designed for pre-intermediate and intermediate pianists, who can read music.

You’ll be paired with others of a similar skill level or, if needed, partnered with Kyoko Takashima herself to ensure a supportive and enjoyable learning experience.

Kyoko Takashima, an accomplished pianist with a rich background in Japanese music, brings her expertise and passion to this course. With a degree in piano performance from Osaka College of Music and international teaching experience, Kyoko will guide you in mastering these duets while offering insights into Japanese musical traditions and culture. Through your participation, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and its musical heritage.

We have several different levels of music prepared for each piece,so everyone will surely be able to enjoy participating in their own way. Feel free to join us!
