STARLETS – Pre-Ballet & Creative Movement 2

Starlets is designed for children in Years 1 and 2 who are ready to begin or build on their early ballet experience in a more structured setting. Classes focus on developing coordination, strength, flexibility, and musicality through guided ballet exercises alongside creative movement.

Dancers are introduced to clearer technique and more defined ballet vocabulary, while continuing to explore expression and enjoyment in movement. The class supports growing confidence, independence, and concentration, providing a smooth and positive pathway into more formal ballet training.

Starlets is taught by Leonora Voigtländer, a former professional ballerina with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, who brings warmth, clarity, and a deep love of ballet to her teaching.
