BEGINNER BEES – Pre-Ballet & Creative Movement 1

Beginner Bees (Year 1 – Ages 4 to 5)
Beginner Bees is a gentle and playful introduction to ballet for young children who are ready to explore movement independently. Through imaginative activities and simple ballet-based exercises, dancers build coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility while learning basic ballet vocabulary.

Classes focus on listening skills, musical awareness, and moving with purpose, all within a warm and encouraging environment. Beginner Bees is about building confidence, curiosity, and a positive first relationship with dance.

Beginner Bees is led by former Royal New Zealand Ballet dancer Leonora Voigtländer, offering a warm and supportive introduction to movement for young children.
