Stellar Singers is a vivacious community choir with a passion for high quality singing & performance and bringing communities together through music. Many members started singing at school or church and then wanted to continue their hobby to the next level. Singers span 16-60+ years old from all different professions and represent the wonderful ethnic mixture of Auckland. Directed by Brian Lee, the group enjoys singing every genre of music, including jazz, contemporary, choral, gospel and pop.
They regularly have their own concerts and perform at a variety of different events including the annual VoCo Festival, Sky City Christmas events, Sing Aotearoa & Praise Be recordings. Gigs with other internationally renowned award winning artists include performing with Josh Groban, Guy Sebastian, Stan Walker and performing for numerous TV programmes including Dancing with the Stars, Christmas Coca-Cola-in the Park in Auckland as a host choir & feature, X-Factor NZ and NZ Got Talent in the house choir and Dancing with the Stars Guest Choir.
