Stellar Singers – Lunchtime in Blenheim

Stellar Singers are going on tour, giving a short lunchtime concert in St. Mary’s Church in Blenheim before they have their big performance at the NCMA the evening of the same day.
Stellar Singers is an vivacious soprano, alto, tenor, bass community choir with a passion for high quality singing & performance and bringing communities together through music. Many members started singing at school or church and then wanted to continue their hobby to the next level. Singers span 16-60+ years old from all different professions and represent the wonderful ethnic mixture of Auckland. Directed by Brian Lee, the group enjoys singing every genre of music, including jazz, contemporary, choral, gospel and pop.
Stellar Singers regularly have their own concerts and perform at a variety of different events including the annual VoCo Festival, Sky City Christmas events, Sing Aotearoa & Praise Be recordings. Gigs with other internationally renowned award winning artists include performing with Josh Groban, Guy Sebastian, Stan Walker and performing for numerous TV programmes including Dancing with the Stars, Christmas Coca-Cola-in the Park, X-Factor NZ and NZ Got Talent in house choir and Dancing with the Stars Guest Choir.
Tickets are $10.
