Adam Summer Celebration: Romance
- This event has passed.

Romance
The concert opens with our virtuoso marimbist Naoto Segawa dazzling us with South African composer Peter Klatzow’s “Dances of Earth and Fire”, and continues with Anna Leese’s specially curated set of songs, in partnership with beloved Nelson-based pianist Richard Mapp. Enjoy Anna’s soaring, sumptuous vocal lines in favourite Strauss lieder along with Britten and Howells songs and two gems by Debussy. After interval, Dvořák’s masterful and tragic F minor trio, written just after his mother’s death, will be sure to pull your heartstrings.
