Join Minami for an enriching yoga journey that nurtures the body, mind and soul. In this transformative yoga class, Minami draws upon her extensive expertise and genuine passion for yoga to guide students towards clarity through harmony of strength and softness.
This class focuses on rejuvenation and healing in a gentle but effective way.
Using a combination of effective postures and movement (asana, a.k.a. moving meditation, mainly chair yoga and easy standing / lying down movements), breathing technique (pranayama), and meditative practices incorporated with sound resonance (mantra or nada), Minami creates a harmonious and inclusive space for students of all levels.
If you haven’t had the best time in the yoga classes in the past and thought “I am not a yoga person”, you will be surprised to experience the depth and authenticity of the yoga taught here!
