Vocal Jam: Get open mic night ready

Dreaming of stepping up to the mic at a local open mic night but feeling a bit daunted? Join our Vocal Jam course, designed to help you build the confidence and skills needed to shine in those spontaneous singing moments. Led by Nelson’s own Tessa Quayle, a celebrated jazz and soul singer, this course offers a supportive environment where you’ll work on mic technique, stage presence, and song preparation including song keys and other musical language. There will also be an opportunity to do a class trip to a real live open mic night in town on the last week to try your new skills.
