By popular demand, we have created yet another youth orchestra! Our Beginner Youth Orchestra caters for children just starting on their music journey who have begun to learn an instrument and who can read basic music. Perfect for students in the Free Beginner Classes and basic Affordable Group Classes. Under the guidance of Anna Maitland, children will learn to follow a conductor, work in a group, gain knowledge about orchestral etiquette, and hone their pitch and rhythmic skills. The Beginner Youth Orchestra has been scheduled at the same time as the Junior Youth Orchestra to enable the groups to play together on occasions. A supportive, fun environment. Highly recommended.
Students must be a member of NCMA before joining this class.
