Accredited Teacher email signature

Follow the instructions below to add an "Accredited Teacher" email signature to your NCMA email account

  1. Select and copy the signature template (everything between the horizontal lines)
  2. Go to mail.google.com
  3. Click on the Settings icon (cog symbol in the top right of the webmail interface) and click Settings
  4. Scroll down to Signature and click + Create New
  5. Name the signature "NCMA Signature"
  6. Paste the signature into the box
  7. Edit the details to include the right name, email and mobile phone number
  8. Make sure the checkbox beside "Insert this signature before quoted text in replies" is selected
  9. Under Signature defaults set both dropdown menus to "NCMA signature"
  10. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  11. Click Save Changes
